How do I know what size to order?
We strongly recommend ordering our Plastic Sizing Rings first. These inexpensive rings allow you to test different sizes at home before committing to a custom device. Wear them for at least a week to ensure comfort and proper fit. Our sizing guide provides detailed measurement instructions to help you select the correct dimensions.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order enters production, changes cannot be made as each device is custom-fabricated to your specifications. Please double-check all measurements and options before placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately – we may be able to help if production hasn’t started.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom devices typically take 4-6 weeks to fabricate and ship. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Plastic Sizing Rings and accessories usually ship within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please check your local regulations regarding the import of such products.

What material are your devices made from?
All our devices are crafted from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. This material is biocompatible, hypoallergenic, extremely durable, and easy to clean. It’s the same material used in medical implants and body jewelry, making it safe for extended wear.
Are your devices suitable for 24/7 wear?
Yes, our devices are designed with 24/7 wear in mind. The combination of proper sizing, quality materials, and thoughtful design allows for comfortable extended wear. However, everyone’s body is different – start slowly and listen to your body. Remove the device if you experience pain, numbness, or discoloration.
How do I clean and maintain my device?
Clean your device daily with mild soap and warm water. For deeper cleaning, you can use a soft brush to reach all areas. The stainless steel can be sterilized if needed. Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots. With proper care, your device will last for many years.
What's the difference between your various models?
Each model offers different features and designs. The Queen’s Keep provides maximum security with a curved design. The Jail Bird features our classic bar design. All models can be customized with your choice of ring size, cage length, and locking mechanism. Contact us if you need help choosing the right model for your needs.
Shipping & Returns
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. The return address simply shows our business name. We understand privacy is important and take measures to ensure discrete delivery. Signature may be required for international orders.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom devices. However, if there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the device free of charge. Plastic Sizing Rings and accessories may be returned within 30 days if unopened.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our custom devices come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with welding, material defects, or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or modifications are not covered. Contact us if you experience any issues with your device.
Safety & Comfort
Is it safe to wear a chastity device?
When properly sized and used correctly, chastity devices are safe for most people. However, certain medical conditions may make wearing a device inadvisable. Consult with a healthcare provider if you have concerns. Always prioritize safety – if something doesn’t feel right, remove the device and reassess.
What if I experience discomfort?
Some initial adjustment is normal, but you should never experience significant pain. If you experience numbness, severe pain, discoloration, or difficulty urinating, remove the device immediately. Discomfort often indicates incorrect sizing or fit. Contact us for guidance on adjustments or resizing.
Can I go through airport security wearing a device?
Stainless steel will trigger metal detectors. If you choose to wear your device while traveling, be prepared for additional screening. We recommend carrying a printed card explaining that you’re wearing a medical device if you’re uncomfortable discussing it. Alternatively, pack your device in checked luggage.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never share, sell, or distribute customer information. All payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant systems. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
Will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Purchases will appear on your statement as “Mature Metal” or our business name. If you need a more discreet billing descriptor, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
